7He (1966LA04)(Not illustrated) From the known location of the 7Li T = 3/2 state, the mass excess of 7He is calculated as 26.03 ± 0.15 MeV (calculation of the Coulomb energy difference based on the pair 6He - 6Li* (T = 1)); 7He is then unstable with respect to decay into 6He + n by 0.36 MeV (1965DE08).
