¹³Be is reported in the ¹⁴C(⁷Li, ⁸B) reaction at E(⁷Li) = 82 MeV: the atomic mass excess of ¹³Be is 35.0 ± 0.5 MeV. It is then unstable with respect to breakup into ¹²Be + n by 1.9 MeV (1983AL20). See also (1981AJ01), (1984BE1C) and (1981SE06, 1982KA1D, 1983ANZQ, 1984VA06; theor.).
