10Li (1988AJ01)

(See the Isobar Diagram for 10Li)

At E(9Be) = 121 MeV, 10Li has been observed in the 9Be(9Be, 8B)10Li reaction with a differential cross section (c.m.) of ≈ 30 nb/sr at θ = 14° (lab): Q0 = -34.06 ± 0.25 MeV, and the atomic mass excess of 10Li is 33.83 ± 0.25 MeV if the group observed (Γ ≈ 1.2 ± 0.3 MeV) corresponds to the ground state. 10Lig.s. would then be unbound with respect to breakup into 9Li + n by 0.80 ± 0.25 MeV: see (1979AJ01). See also (1986GI10, 1987AB15), (1984AJ01, 1985AL1G, 1987PE1C) and (1982KA1D, 1983ANZQ, 1983FE07, 1984VA06, 1985PO10, 1986AB10, 1988POZS; theor.).
